V=IZ, I=V/Z but V=130v, Z={R^2+(XL-XC)^2)}^1/2

Z={8^2+(10-16)^2}^1/2

Z={64+36}^1/2

Z={100}^1/2

Z=10

I=130/10=13.0A

Current I, = V/Z from V=IZ
V= 130 ; Z =√(XL - XC)^2 + R^2
=√(10-16)^2 + 8^2
=√36 + 64 =10
I = 130/10 = 13A
