Where did they get the 13 from?...I thought the current indicated from the diagram is 2A.

the diagram is not clear, I thought it was 3A, the explanation says 13A, and the reviews say 2A

p.d of circuit V=12/13x2
V=24/13 curreng for the 3ohms resistor
I=V/R
I=24/13×1/3
I=24/39
