option B is supposed to be. II, III and IV only.

There are reasons to which the acceleration due to gravity varies on the earth surface and they are
1) the earth is not a perfect sphere
2) variation in density of the earth
3) centrifugal force
So I don’t see where variation in latitudes and longitude came into place
