I think the formula is; pressure=force/area
P=100pa
A=3m^2
F=?
100=f/3
f=3*100
f=300N

1pa is 1N of force applied over a area of 1m²
so 100pa will be 100N of force applied over 1m².

so
f1/a1=f2/a2
100N/1m²=f2/3m²
f2 =300N
