Myschool is wrong.
Transistors cannot be used for voltage stabilization
But they can be used as power amplification, current amplification, voltage amplification and can also be used as a switch.
Hence the ans is B.
NB: Transistors can be used for voltage amplification but not for voltage stabilization.
What can be used for voltage stabilization is a Zener Diode.
