Unless the question isn't complete. You didn't say that one end is closed and the other is opened because according to your calculation, this is exactly what you decided.

According to closed pipes, the fundamental note f0 has λ/2 = L. Since, in a closed pipe, it starts with a node and ends with a node, and we know from one node to the next is half wavelength.
Then, for the first overtone which is 2f0 (2 fundamental note), we would have λ = L.
