we'll i will go for option D .
now under your O level curriculum , they only need you to understand some certain things on vectors.

when two vectors are perpendicular , there vector can't be zero.

imagine the component of vector x to be 4 , and the vector y to be 4 also. when they are perpendicular their RV becomes √ 16+16

but if they are parallel in option direction that at angle 180⁰ the resolution becomes 4—4 = O

So go for option D( UTME students.& Post Jamb student)
