It says THE CORRECT FUSE RETIRING: which is 8A, but 9A for a sweet operation which is not the CORRECT RETIRING FUSE.

you must use a fuse 1A higher than the current so if the current is 8A the fuse rating is 9A to prevent burning of circuit
