Device current rating
P = IV
I = 2000÷250
I = 8A
Fuse rating is always greater than the current rating of the device by maximum of 25%
So the best option there is
Option A: 9A

It says THE CORRECT FUSE RETIRING: which is 8A, but 9A for a sweet operation which is not the CORRECT RETIRING FUSE.

you must use a fuse 1A higher than the current so if the current is 8A the fuse rating is 9A to prevent burning of circuit

I think it is 9A since suitable fuse is higher than the original one
