A. Is correct

Pure silicon can be converted to a p-type by adding trivalent atom (3). So it will not attain Octet state, remain One (1) electron

This create an hole, in which electron in the labouring atom will come and fill,

a place where electron leaves is called hole.

NB:- in P-type majority carrier is Hole while Minority carrier is electron,, in N-type is opposite.
