Area of a rectangle=7*10=70

area of a semi circle=22/7*49=154/2=77.then 70 77=147.don't understand u guys answer

The answer is 89.

The diagram is Has semi circular and also a rectangular shape.

Formula is.. Area of semicircle plus area of rectangle.

Area of semicircle =πr²/2

Area of rectangle = l*b

22/7(7/2)²/2 + 10*7

3.143(49/4)/2 +70

3.143*49/4*1/2+70

=19.25+70 =89.25

=89cm²...
