The Answer is B because it is only a semicircle that can form a right angled triangle at the circumference of a circle with the diameter of the circle as the base or hypotanus of the inscribed triangle. The answer cannot be a circel bcause P can only move on one side of the line XY. It is not a perpendicular bisector because P did not cut line XY into two equal parts. It is not an arc of a circle because arc does not form an angle at the circumference of a circle. ARC needs radii to form a sector with an angle at the center of a circle.
