Integrate y = 4x\(^3\) + 2x + cos x.
∫4x\(^3\) dx = x\(^4\) + ∫2x dx = x\(^2\) + ∫cos x dx = sin x
The integral is x\(^4\) + x\(^2\) + sin x + C
