your calculation for monthly net salary is wrong:since income tax=$3,456.00 and monthly tax=$288.00.Monthly net salary ought to be calculated as 1/12(3456-288)$=1/12(3168)$=$264.00 and Amount Saved Each Month=15/100 *$264=$3,960.00/100=$39.60
