Very misleading language, SMH: a divides b implies b/a is an integer while b divides a implies a/b is an integer. What imports in their question, as one may infer from the solution, is that 2x^2 + x - 3 is divided by, not divides, x - 2. This is mathematics, people. We should aim for utmost precision
