$1-\left ( \frac{1}{5}\times\frac{2}{3} \right )+\left ( 5+\frac{2}{3} \right )$

Combine the fractions inside the parenthesis, we have

$= 1 - \left ( \frac{1\times2 }{5\times 3} \right )+\left ( \frac{\left ( 5\times 3 \right )+2}{3} \right )$

Simplifying further, we have

$=1-\frac{2}{15}+\frac{17}{3}$

Using the LCD of 15 to combine the fractions, we have

$=\frac{15}{15}-\frac{2}{15}+\frac{85}{15}$
