y = \(\frac{2}{3}\)x\(^3\) - \(\frac{4}{x}\) \(\frac{dy}{dx}\) = 2x\(^2\) - (-4)x\(^{-2}\) = 2x\(^2\) + \(\frac{4}{x^2}\)
