A=1/2h(a+b)
A=1×h(a+b)/2
A=h(a+b)/2
Cross multiply
h(a+b)=2A
Divide both side by h
h(a+b)/h=2A/h
(a+b)=2A/h
a=2A/h-b
Also can be expressed as
a=(2A-b)÷h
