The selected answer is wrong:

The area of a square = l2

L^2 = 81cm^2

L = 9cm

 Means that all the sides of the square are 9cm

Perimeter of square = 4l = 4 * 9 = 36cm

 Means that the whole length is 36cm

So length of a side of the triangle would be 36/3 = 12cm
