Explanation

Produce line PQ  to meet line RS at U
<RUV = RST = 130º ( corresponding angles) 

< RQU = 180º - 120º = 60º ( <s on a straight line)

In angle QRU: < QPT + RQU = < RUV ( 2 interior angles = one exterior angle)

x + 60º = 130º and x = 70º
