According to circle theorem 9 which says if one side of a cyclic quadrilateral , AD , is produced the exterior angle so formed is equal to opposite angle and thus in a situation where by the chord becomes small such that it is now a tangent then the angle between the tangent and any other chord is equal to the angle in the alternate segement. so i think the answer is wrong if not i want more explanation.

According to theorem 5 in circle geometry, the exterior angle in a cycli quadrilateral is equal to the opposite interior angle. so definetly, R is 50 degree. i think the question all wrong im seeing another probkem again. pls MY SCHOOL REVIEW THIS
