Triangle PSR is isosceles therefore angle RSP=RPS=20. Hence, angle PRQ=40. But this 40 is angle subtended at the circumference of the circle by chord PQ. Same chord PQ subtends POQ at the centre. Hence POQ=2X40=80(Angle subtended at centre is twice angle subtended at circumference)
