The solution they said PSO and SPO instead of PSQ and SPQ.

In case you are confused about how the angle PSQ is 90 degrees, check out Thales’ theorem (that is what they applied). After you get that angle PSO as 90 degrees, you can use the sum of angles in a triangle to get angle SPQ. Then, you use the cyclic quadrilateral theorem to get angle QRS.
