since km is going to m , it's x 1000
and second to hour should be divided by 3600. I believe the options are wrong also .

hence:

1hr = 3600secs

i.e 60*60

(not 360)

to convrt km to m

130*1000=130,000



therefore 130000*3600=

468000000
