Anyways, this is the trial and error through options I was trying to point out:
From the correct option C, we have
2(x-3)(3x+2)
Multiplying everything in the first bracket with 2, we have;
(2x-6)(3x+2)

Then multiplying the second bracket with the first, we have;
6x²+4x-18x-12
Then 4x-18x = -14x
Final answer: 6x²-14x-12
Which matches with the question.
You need to be fast with these though while testing with the options.
