The question did not say, the ratio of the volume of two similar solids is 2:3, rather it states the ratio of the length of two similar rectangular block is 2:3.
2^3: 3^3 = v : 351
8/27=v/351, coss multiply
27v=351 x 8
v=2808/27
v=104 cm3
