\(\frac{(P- Q)^3 + S^2}{R^3}\) = \(\frac{(18 - 21)^3 + (-4)^2}{(-6)^3}\) = \(\frac{-27 + 16}{R^3}\) = \(\frac{-11}{-216}\) = \(\frac{11}{216}\)
