it is 2/16 which is 1/8 and not 2/15 because in the question the use of from what indicated meaning that you're expected to count from 41 to 56 like 41,42,43,44,45,46,47,48,49,50,51,52,53,54,55,56. and if you count it gives u 16 and not 15 thank you.

Why is the number 54 being ignored?

Firstly, the set of numbers from 41 to 56 is actually 16 (including 41 and 56)

Secondly, there are three multiples of 9 in the set of numbers; 45, 49 and 54.
