half of the coefficient is 18y/4 x 1/2
which is 18y/8 which is 9y/4 then square it which is 81y²/16

basically u can now multiple all by 16 and get straign equation without fraction

(18xy/4 * 1/2)² =(9xy/4)²=(81xy/16)
