If x = \(\begin{pmatrix} 1 & 0 & 1 \\ 2 & -1 & 0 \\ -1 & 0 & 1\end{pmatrix}\) and y = \(\begin{pmatrix} -1 & 1 & 2 \\ 0 & -1 & -1 \\ 2 & -1 & 1\end{pmatrix}\)
find 2x - y
2(1) - (-1) = 3 2(2) - (0) = 4 2(-1) - (2) = -4
2(0) - (1) = -1 2(-1) - (-1) = -1 2(0) - (-1) = 1
2(1) - 2 = 0 2(0) - (-1) = 1 2(1) - (1) = 1
\(\begin{pmatrix} 3 & -1 & 0 \\ 4 & -1 & 1 \\ -4 & 1 & 1\end{pmatrix}\)
