The answer is B, this is beacuse a draw means BOTH TEAMS LOSE OR BOTH TEAMS WIN.
Probability of both winning i.e 1-1= 0.5*0.5=0.25
Probability of both losing i.e 0-0= 0.5*0.5=0.25

Therefore, total probability is 0.25+0.25= 0.5 B!
