the correct equation is this

3(x 2)-2(x 1)=2x

3x 6-2x-2=2x

then collect like terms

3x-2x-2x=-6 2

3x-4x=-4

-x=-4

x=4.

The question is wrongly composed:

THE CONSTITUENT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE EQUATION DOES NOT SUIT THE SOLUTION PROVIDED SO WHAT I AM SAYING IN ESSENCE IS THAT EITHER THE QUESTION IS WRONGLY COMPOSED OR THE SOLUTION PROVIDED IS WRONG

3(2X+2)-2(X+1)=2X IS THE RIGHT EQUATION

27^x+2/9^x+1=3^2x

3^3(x+2)=3^2x*3^2(x+1)

3^3x+6=3^2x*3^2x+2

3^3x+6=3^2x+2x+2

equate the power

3x+6=2x+2x+2

3x+6=4x+2

collect like terms

6-2=4x-3x

4=x
