Here is an explanation:

1.a and b are 90( angles at the circumference ,opposite to the diameter)

2 angle b+c=180 (opposite angles in a cyclic quadrilateral)

3 a=90 and b=90 .:a+b=180 which is not equal to c

now the question ask for options that are not correct which is only III

a and b are angles inthe same segment so therefore they are equal
b + c are equal to 180 because they from the centre of the circle and angles from the centre of the circle equal 90 so 90+ 90 equal 180
but a + b cannot equal c because a b and c are equal
