convert 26 base 8 to base 10, you will have 22 i.e 2 times 8 raised to power 1 plus 2 times 8 raised to power 0...ur ansa will be 22....do the same thing for 36 base 7 and 25 base 9....finally ur answers will be...for 26 base 8 u will get 22, for 36 base 7 u will get 27, for 25 base 9 u will get 23...so arranging it in ascending order ur answer will be 26 base 8, 25 base 9 then 36 base 7

The selected answer is wrong:

Ascending order means from the smallest to the highest so,259 is smaller than 268;so therefore 'A' is the answer which is 259,268 and 367,not 'B' which is 268, 259 and 367

No there are saying in "ascending order of magnitude" not jst ascending.
