Given that the perimeter of a Rectangle is 2(L+B)
Then 2(x+1+2x+5) = 36
3(3x+6)=36
6x+12=36
6x=36-12, 6x=24
:x=4

Input your value for x into the given parts
L=2x+5 so 2(4)+5 = 13
B=x+1 so 4+1 =

So the Area of a Rectangle is L*B
13*5=65
