ACTUAL LENGHT = 6.35-6.10=0.25
%error =error/actual lenght x 100
%error = 0.25/6.35=0.03937 x 100 =3.937
=3.937 approx to 2 decimal place 3.94

Actual error=6.35-6.10=0.25,percentage error=0.25/6.35*100/1=3.95%

it will be ERROR over ACTUAL LENGHT multuplied by 100.... i.e, 6.35-6.10=0.25 (error), 6.35 (actual lenght).... so 0.25/6.35 * 100 = 3.95%
