in the question the sum of the first a and 6th a+(6-1)d term is 6.5 not 16.5. so a+a+5d=13/2 when a=2. 2+2+5d=13/2.(when multiplying through by 2) 8+10d=13. 10d=5. d=1/2. fourth term a+(4-1)d. 2+3(1/2) ans = 7/2

Greetings, The Myschool Team.
The question at present is ambiguously written. From the explanation, the 6th term is 16½; however, it was written as 161/2. This creates confusion. Please the fraction should be written in a more clear way. Thank you.
