What about this?
Three customers be represented by A B and C
The list of all possible events is

{ABC,
ACB,
BAC,
BCA,
CAB ,
CBA}
Probability of the sequence they arrive is only ABC which is 1 out of 6 in all possible outcome, which is 1/6
