Let start with nominator and put y/2 in place of x. Y3/2^3÷y3+1/2= y3/8*1/y3=1/8+1/2= 5/8. Then move to the denominator 1/2-y2/4÷y2= 1/2-y2/4*1/y2= 1/2-y2/4*1/y2=1/2-1/4*1/1= 1/2-1/4= 1/4 therefore divide 5/8 by 1/4=5/8*4/1= 20/8 = 5/2 when divided both by 4.
