Subject Combination JAMB UTME Requirements
Chemistry and two of Physics, Biology and Mathematics.
O'level Requirements
Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
Direct Entry Requirements
(i) Two ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and any one of Physics, Mathematics or Biology.
(ii) ND/NCE with good grades in relevant 'O' level subjects.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) AUN accepts
(a) 'A' level passes chosen from English Language, Mathematics, Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Literature in English, Government, History, Economics, Geography, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, Visual Arts, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Civics and French.
(b) AUN does not accept ’O’ level credit passes in the following; Agriculture, Food and Nutrition, Home Economics, Home Craft, Home management, Physical Education, Physical and Health Education, Music, Commerce, Accounting, Financial Accounting, Book keeping, Islamic History, Religious Studies, Tajweed, Library Studies, Diction, Kiswahili, Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Arabic, Turkish, Study skills.
(ii) AUN accepts ICGSE and 'A' level Cambridge and does not offer admissions to 200 level programs. May transfer credits relevant to its major at the discretion of the Dean of school.
(iii) MAKURDI accepts
(a) UTME requirements plus `'A' Level passes in Chemistry and one (1) other relevant Science subject may be admitted to 200 level .
(b) HND upper credit in relevant programmes who possess the UTME requirements may also be admitted to the 200 level .
(c) NCE with two (2) 'O' Level credit passes in relevant subjects, which must include Chemistry, and those who possess the UTME requirements may be admitted to 200 level.
