In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Geological Sciences under the Faculty of Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Any three of Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Biology and Geography.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Geological Sciences;
You require;Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and any other subject.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) UNIZIK accepts ‘O’ level pass in English Language.
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Geological Sciences, if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;(i) Two (2) 'A' level passes from Geology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Geography
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(i) UNIZIK accepts 'A' level passes in Geography and HND credit in Mining Engineering.
(ii) UNIZIK accepts ND credit in Biology/ Agricultural Science and Chemistry into 100 level
