You require;Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology and two (2) other Science subject

(i) UNIMAID accepts 'O' Level pass in English Language with 'O' Level credit pass in any of the Sciences
(ii) UNIMAID requires 'O' Level credit passes in Chemistry and Physics/Geography
