O'level Requirements

Five (5) SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics, Physics plus two (2) other Science subjects.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS

(i) CRESCENT requires five (5) O ’level credits in not more than two sittings at SSCE, GCE or NECO which must include English Language, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Economics.

Direct Entry Requirements

The direct entry requirements for Computer Science With Economics in the Faculty of Sciences are as follows:

(i) Two (2) 'A' Level passes in science subjects including Mathematics

(ii) NCE merit in Mathematics and one (1) other Science or Social Science subject.


SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS

(i) CRESCENT accepts
(a) NCE, ND ,HND and their approved equivalents in relevant subjects and with at least lower credit may be admitted to the appropriate level in addition to O’ level requirements.

(b) CRESCENT runs the programme with options in Computer Science/Economics and Computer Science/ Statistics
(c) A’ level passes in relevant subjects.
(d) IJMB at acceptable grade levels.

(ii) CRESCENT accepts:
(a) Two 'A' level passes to include Physics and any of Chemistry, Biology
(b) NCE/ND and approved equivalent of at least Upper Credit in relevant fields.
(c) IJMB at acceptable grade levels.
