In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Archaeology (Single Honour) under the Faculty of Sciences in the above listed universities include;
Any three (3) relevant Science subject
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Archaeology (Single Honour);
You require;Five/Six SSCE credit passes at one or two sittings including English Language, Mathematics and other relevant subjects. Mathematics and two other relevant subjects
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Archaeology (Single Honour), if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;Two (2) ‘A’ level passes chosen from Geography Chemistry, Geology, Physics, Mathematics, Zoology and Botany or Biology
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UI requires
(a) for Geology option the 3 Science subjects to include Physics and Mathematics.
(b) for Geography option to include Geography.
(c) for Zoology or Botany option to include Biology/Botany/Zoology and Mathematics.
(ii) UI does not accept NCE and ND/HND
