Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

O'level Requirements

Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:

(i) DELSU requires SSC ‘O’ Level or its equivalent with credit passes in at least five (5) subjects which must include English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in not more than two sittings.

Direct Entry Requirements

The direct entry requirements for Medical Biochemistry in the Faculty of Medical, Pharmaceutical & Health Sciences are as follows:

Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and any one of Physics, Biology/ Zoology/Botany and Mathematics.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:

(i) UNIBEN requires three (3) ‘A' level passes to include Biology/Zoology, Chemistry and Physics plus the UTME requirements

(ii) LAUTECH accepts ‘A' level passes in Biology, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics ND upper credit in related programme plus the UTME requirements may be considered for 200 level

(iii) DELSU requires

a)   HSC or GCE ‘A’ Level or its equivalent    passes in Physics, Chemistry and Biology    or Zoology (Botany may be accepted in    lieu of Biology or Zoology.

b)  First degree in relevant Biological    Sciences not below Second Class Lower    Division.
