Statistics Education can be studied under the Education in the following Nigerian Universities;
In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Statistics Education under the Faculty of Education in the above listed universities include;
Mathematics and any two of the following Science subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

1. FUAM requires Mathematics, Biology and Physics.
2. MAUTECH accepts Agricultural Science In lieu of Biology.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Statistics Education;
You require;Five SSCE credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics plus one other Science subject.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i). MAUTECH requires Five (5) O'level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and Any three from Physics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Geography, Economics, Biology/Agric., Basic Electricity/Electronics, Civic Education, Computer Studies & IT/Data Processing.
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Statistics Education, if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;Two 'A' level/NCE passes in Mathematics and one Science subject.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) MAUTECH accept NCE in relevant subjects, not below merit.
(ii) MAUTY accepts IJMB/Two ‘A’ level passes in Mathematics and Science subjects. NCE/ OND /HND with credit in the major/minimum of lower credit in Mathematics or any other relevant field.
(iii) YABA-DEG accepts Two (2) A Level passes/NCE in Mathematics and one (1) Science subject.
