Subject Combination JAMB UTME Requirements
Mathematics, Physics and one (1) other Science subject.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
i. NDU requires Chemistry as the third subject.
ii FUTMINNA requires Mathematics, Physics and any of Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Economics, Geography or Arts.
O'level Requirements
Five (5) 'O' Level credit passes to include Physics or Mathematics.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
i. NDU accepts NTC/NBC and 'O' Level pass in English but requires 'O' Level credit pass in Physics.
ii. YABATECH-DEG requires Five (5) O Level credit passes to include English Language, Mathematics and any other three (3) subjects from: Physics, Chemistry, Further Mathematics, Biology/Agricultural Science, Geography, Economics, Applied Electricity, Auto Body Repairs Spray Painting, Auto Electricity Work, Auto Mechanical Work/Mechanics, Metal Work, Machine Wood Work, Technical Drawing, Furniture Making/Upholstery, Welding & Fabrication/Engineering Craft Practice, Building Construction and Electrical Installation & Maintenance Work.
iii. FUTMINNA requires five (5) 'O' Level credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics and any other two (2)relevant science and/or Technical subjects.
Direct Entry Requirements
(i) Two (2) 'A' Level passes in Physics and Mathematics.
(ii) ND lower credit in Civil Engineering, Production/Electrical Engineering.
(iii) Final City and Guilds or its equivalent plus National Technical Certificate.
(iv) NCE credit in Technical Education plus 'O' Level credit passes in Physics or Mathematics
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) FUTMINNA accepts City and Guilds Final with Technical Teachers Certificate(TTC), Advanced National Technical Certificate and ND in relevant programme in addition to the 'O' Level certificate.
(ii) NDU accepts Direct Entry Applicants into 300 Level in a 4-year Degree Programme
