In UTME, please note that English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combination needed to study Plant Science and Crop Production under the Faculty of Agriculture in the above listed universities include;
Biology or Agriculture, Chemistry and Physics or Mathematics.
The O'level subject combination and requirements needed to study Plant Science and Crop Production;
You require;Five (5 ) SSC credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology or Agricultural Science and any other subject.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(1) JABU requires ‘O’ level credit passes to include Geography or Economics and at least ‘O’ level pass in Physics.
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Plant Science and Crop Production, if you don't intend to use UTME.
You require;Two (2) ‘A’ levels in Chemistry and any of Biology, Agricultural Science, Zoology and Botany.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:
(1) JABU accepts five (5) 'O' level credit passes in English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics and ‘A’ level equivalent in the subjects listed under each programme.
