Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture and Mathematics or Physics.

O'level Requirements

Five SSCE credit passes to include Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science Mathematics and one Science/Social Science subject and at least a pass in Physics.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS:

(i) FUNAAB requires

a. credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology.

b. at least ‘O’ level pass in Physics.

c. candidates with ‘O’ level pass in Biology must possess ‘O’ level credit pass in Agricultural Science. Does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology

Direct Entry Requirements

The direct entry requirements for Plant Physiology and Crop Production in the Faculty of Agriculture are as follows:

Two ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and Biology/Agric Science/Botany/Zoology or Physics/Mathematics/ Economics.

 

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS

(i) FUNAAB accepts;

(a) Two (2) ' A’ level credit passes in Chemistry and one of Zoology/Botany/Agricultural Science/Biology, Mathematics or Physics.

(b) ND/HND upper credit in Agriculture from a recognised institution in any one (1) of Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension, Fisheries, Forestry and Wildlife Management, Agricultural Technology plus the UTME requirements.

(c) NCE credit in Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry or Physics plus the UTME requirements.
