Subject Combination JAMB UTME Requirements
Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture and Mathematics/Physics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) FUNAAB requires Chemistry, Biology and Physics/Mathematics.
O'level Requirements
Five SSCE credit passes in Chemistry, Biology/Agric. Science, Mathematics, Physics and English Language.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UNN, in addition to the UTME requirements, ‘O’ level credit passes in Chemistry, Biology or Food and Nutrition or Agricultural Science and Physics or Mathematic
(ii) BELLS requires a minimum of ‘O’ level pass in Physics
(iii) FUNAAB does not accept Agricultural Science in lieu of Biology.
(iv) IMSU accepts Biology/Agricultural Science/Home Economics, Physics/Mathematics, Chemistry and 'O' Level pass in English Language
Direct Entry Requirements
Two ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry, Biology and Agric Science, or Physics.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (WAIVER) REMARKS
(i) UNN accepts
(a) ‘A’ level passes in two (2) of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biology (Botany and/or Zoology), Agricultural Science, Physics or Mathematics.
(b) ND, NCE, HND in Nutrition and Dietetics/Home Economics/Agricultural Science, Food Science plus the UTME requirements into 200 or 300 levels.
(c) Certificate in Nursing /NCE in relevant subjects. Candidate must also satisfy the UTME entry requirements.
(ii) FUNAAB accepts
(a) NCE or ND upper credit in Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Science, Home Economics from a recognised institution plus the UTME requirements into 200 level.
(b) Certificate of Registered Nurse of Nigeria plus the UTME requirements.
